Our commitment to learning

Our people are front-and-centre and we aim to develop end-to-end specialists; people with both breadth and depth to their expertise and experience. We encourage all Data Divers to develop themselves as full-stack, end-to-end data practitioners, comfortable with everything from ingestion to modelling to advanced analytics to data visualisations.

We have an extensive learning program called DLearn where we use a variety of learning partners and online training platforms, augmented with in-house training and support. We want to help all our Data Divers continuously learn and grow.
